Requirements and Application Steps of Ethiopian Visa

 

General Requirements

  • Recent passport-size photo, copy of passport of the applicant
  • Passport of the visa applicant which is valid for at least 6 months from the intended date of entry to Ethiopia.
  • Invitation letter, valid for at least 6 months from the intended entry date to Ethiopia and invitation letter are required.

Application Steps

  • Login to Ethiopian Immigration E-Visa website:- https://www.evisa.gov.et/visa
  • Select your visa type (Workshop/Conference Visa) Visa Validity and Company Reference Code
  • Enter AEI Company Reference Code: AS3869710353112 under Company Reference Code
  • Fill Arrival information form
  • Fill Personal information form
  • Fill Passport information form
  • Attach documents, when you attach the documents please remind the following issues
  1. Size of the image/document should be less than 2MB.
  2. Photo and Passport Copy should be only in Image file type of JPEG, JPG, PNG format.
  3. Allowed Images/documents file type extensions are JPEG, JPG, PNG and PDF format only.
  4. The image/document should be clear and readable.
  5. An image/document with blurred or unclean background is not acceptable.
  6. Selfies and filters or retouching tools photos are forbidden
  7. The photo size should be 2×2
